VANGS APP DATA DELETION INSTRUCTIONS

Vangs App respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD), and Google Play Store policies. This document explains how you can request the deletion of your account and associated personal data, what information is removed, and our retention policies.

1. HOW TO INITIATE ACCOUNT & DATA DELETION

We provide two convenient paths for deleting your account and purging your data from our systems:

Method A: In-App Direct Request

If you currently have the app installed, you can trigger deletion directly from your account panel:

Navigate to Settings > Accounts in the app.
Scroll down to the Danger Zone.
Locate the Delete Account section and click the link to open the request form / information.
Since deletion is regulated for administrative safety, click the link to access this instructions page, or contact support directly to complete verification.

Method B: Manual Deletion Web Request

If you no longer have the app installed, or if you prefer to submit a manual deletion request outside the app, you can do so by contacting our data protection officer directly:

Email contact@vvdassociation.com.br with the subject line Data Deletion Request.
In your email, please provide your registered username and the email address associated with your Vangs App account.
We will verify your identity and process the complete erasure of your account data within 48 hours.

2. WHAT DATA IS PERMANENTLY ERASED

When your deletion request is processed, the following information is permanently and irreversibly purged from our active databases:

Personal Profile Details: Your name, username, email address, password hashes, biography, and profile pictures.
Wardrobe & Lookbook Content: All cataloged apparel items, visual tagging arrangements, layout grids, compositions, and custom collections.
Social Integrations: All connected credentials and access tokens linked to third-party providers (Google, Apple, Instagram/Meta).
Engagement Data: Saved items, wishlists, preferences, and direct messages.

3. DATA RETENTION & COMPLIANCE EXCEPTIONS

Once initiated, your profile and content are immediately deactivated and will no longer be visible to other users. Complete purging of our active database records occurs within 24 hours. Data stored in encrypted system backups is completely overwritten and expunged within 30 days.

Important Exception: Information relating to completed marketplace transactions, shipping invoices, and payment logs (facilitated through Stripe / Pagar.me) cannot be deleted immediately and will be retained securely in our archives solely to comply with legal, auditing, tax, and financial reporting regulations.
